TASTING NOTE
Brilliant appearance, and a moderately intense cherry red colour. Varied although light olfactory expression. Aromas of linden blossom and thyme combined with pomegranate, pepper and charcoal. In the mouth it is expansive and vigorous, mineral and tannic, with a well integrated acidity that frames the structure of the wine. Finally, notes of candied black fruit and garum persist in a light after-taste.
