TASTING NOTE
Pale straw colour, with greenish reflections, brilliant.
The first aromatic impression is a note of orange blossom flower and a very refreshing feeling. Then after a while, we get ripe mango, grated lemon complemented with aromas like vainilla or coco with some little hints of brioche amb backed apple that come from the fermentation process inside the barrel.
Once in the mouth, it is fleshy and structured, with good freshness base, on which you can taste hints of blood orange, peach stone and biscuit ice cream. Its persistance is long and elegant.

VINIFICATION
Destemming and crushing of grapes, and prior to pressing, the first fraction of the must (55% ), was distributed into the 22 barrels 2,25 Hl and two 20 Hl oak barrel where it fermented for 15 days. The wine remained with its fine lees for 5 months, with regular batonage, and was bottled on May 31th 2023.
